27th May – Day 46 – Saturday

Strange day really, my unit, (apartment), is being sold by one investor to another and thus I have prospective buyers coming round over the last few weeks. As it has not sold, (price $495k, about £215k,), the real estate agent has requested an open house – ie anyone can come or go over the space of two hours. The whole event started at 11 so I left and hit Sydney, sight, shops, museums etc. I get back at 2:30 and everything seems intact, in place and everything is still here so no real damage done.
I then head over to Sarah and Dave’s as we, (Sarah & Dave, Richard & Helen, Cameron & Dee, Mat & Gin), are all of to the pictures, (Di Vinci Code) and African food, (Radio Cairo), tonight.
We have fun and the film is ok, still don’t know ‘who dun it’ though…..
Then its back to Sarah and Dave’s for coffee and a blether before I head home to bed.
