22nd April - Day 11
Up at 6…..Saxon wants to play and the bloody electronic chiming clock starts its digital day of annoyance every hour…!
Gareth takes me to the supermarket, we buy breakfast and some coffees that we take to the beach to drink over a chilled chat. We head home and have some breakfast and a blether – I leave for Rugby at 11:30. Arrive at Mosman, avoid the fascist rangers that ticket everything that a mm out of its bay or official parking spot, and meet Richards friend Steve. We manage to watch the Mosman v Knox Colts, (Steves two boys play very well), 2nds and 1st’s matched which are very good. Should have left by 3 to play touch, south of Sydney, with Dave D’Arcy from work but miss out as the rugby is too good to miss.
Leave and head home at about 7ish, swim and gym and excellent 1.5 hour chat with the family – really lifts me emotionally.
Chill and hit the pillow at 11ish.
