2nd May - Day 21
Drive to Pymble to get my lap top sorted…..not, they obviously think I am English and are still pissed off about the World Cup.
Spend some time with Richard, who has the Flu, and then drive my small bus back to the City – yes the bridge made me smile- for another Bank of Queensland meeting which goes well. Then I do another Software Justification e-mail, and explain that I am not English – will probably fall on deaf ears; new laptop – cant print, e-mail not available off line, no docking station keyboard or mouse, no business & family critical software…….
Head back to the flat and start transferring diary to Word for Blog – Microsoft Word works – I thank god for small miracles.
Next I swim and Gym, (while the washing machine is stretching another favourite t-shirt) and hit the pillow.
