4th May - Day 23
Hit the city office and get some bits and pieces done before I drive to Pymble and some more bits and pieces done – a real bits and pieces sort off day. Richard discusses opportunities on Cockatoo Island which is in Sydney Harbour – we plan a visit for the following Thursday.
I head back to the Unit, (Australian for Apartment), get changed and go over to Dave and Sarah’s for dinner. Find their place in Neutral Bay – wicked views of the bridge, jealous, and we settle down for a perfect evening of good food, (pepper starter, fish pie for main and a Cornetto for pudding – Yum)/company/beer/wine. Sarah lives next to her heater and I switch the one of in my bedroom. I stay up to about 2 talking to Dave and then hit the pillow. It been a wicked night, I really enjoy their company – wish Fran had been here.
